Cologne Saves Lives

As part of the “Safe Harbors” alliance, Cologne has sent a clear signal: We will not let anyone drown! Under the motto “Cologne Saves Lives,” the city has underscored that civil sea rescue in the Mediterranean is more important than ever.

Cologne reinforced this with strong financial support for civil sea rescue, providing €40,000 over four years.

The fundraising campaign:

A fundraising campaign was launched, calling on all residents of Cologne and friends of the city to donate to these life-saving operations.
The goal: To double the funds provided by the city.
Of course, you can still make a donation, as every donation supports our rescue operations.
