Sea-Eye Sea Crew

Sea-Eye Crew poses together on the deck of the SEA-EYE 5

Become part of our offshore crew!

Our missions are intensive and demanding:
A rotation typically lasts about five weeks – including preparation and training.

We are looking for people with:

  • Experience in seafaring or search and rescue (SAR)
  • Medical training
  • High resilience and flexibility
  • Strong teamwork skills

An eight-person crew, consisting of both paid and volunteer staff, works closely together on board. Each person takes on multiple roles and actively contributes to the success of the rotation.

There is the possibility to join individual rotations or to apply for positions as part of the permanent Sea-Eye 5 crew. The planning and selection of crew members always takes place through direct contact and application to the crewing team in cooperation with contacts from the respective specialist department.
