New Sea-Eye board elected – Change of statutes is official

At the general assembly on June 6th die members of Sea-Eye elected a new advisory board. Meanwhile the changes in the statutes were registered at the court in Regensburg. The new structures are now in place.

As part of the registration process, a formal clarification was added to the Articles of Association. Section 11, ‘Documentation of Resolutions’, now includes the following additional provision:
‘Resolutions passed by the general assembly and recorded in writing must be signed by a member of the Executive board and the minute-taker.’

This addition closes the gap in a formal regulatory accepted by the Executive Board in accordance with Section 13(3) of the Articles of Association. The relevant Executive Board resolution, together with a comparison of the amended passage, is available to members in the members’ area.

The new advisory board consists of the following members (alphabetical order):

As the new advisory board is complete they will now select the future executive board members.

Thanks to all our members that attended the general assembly and partook in the further development of Sea-Eye. With these new statutes an important step in the creation of Sea-Eye’s future structures was completed.
